Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join its hospital laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Analyze and verify test results while maintaining quality standards
- Follow established laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with laboratory and healthcare professionals to support patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related scientific field
- Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
