Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join its hospital laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens
Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
Analyze and verify test results while maintaining quality standards
Follow established laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with laboratory and healthcare professionals to support patient care

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related scientific field
Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
