As a People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP), you’ll play a key role in shaping a high‑performing, engaging, and inclusive workplace. What We Offer Base salary up to $90,000–$95,000/year Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, company holidays, tuition reimbursement, and employee broadband discounts What You’ll Do Partner & Influence – Build strong relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals; serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and performance Drive Employee Experience – Lead and enhance onboarding; champion initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture Leverage Data & Insights – Use data and HR systems (Workday) to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve people programs through feedback and best practices Develop Talent – Partner with Learning & Development to align training with business needs and support career development and growth across the organization Ensure Compliance & Consistency – Provide guidance on employment laws, leave programs, and policies; mitigate risk while maintaining a positive employee experience Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of Excellence to support workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding strategies What You Bring Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent); 3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting leaders in a fast‑paced, evolving environment; experience in remote or hybrid settings; experience with geographically dispersed teams; preferred HR certification (SHRM‑CP, PHR) Key Skills for Success – Strong business acumen; data‑driven mindset with experience using Workday and Microsoft 365 tools; excellent problem‑solving, communication, and influencing skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; high integrity; ability to handle confidential information Work Environment This role operates in a professional office or remote environment, with occasional overtime as needed.
