Requires SRM experience and a strong background managing complex aerospace or defense programs. Responsibilities include directing program planning, resources, staffing, progress reporting, and issue resolution. Monitors performance and recommends schedule, cost, or resource adjustments to ensure successful program execution. This position can be remote or at our Huntsville, AL, Niceville FL, or Hampton, AR facility. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
