Luxury Client Concierge & Relationship Builder

Summary The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences at the Oakbrook Center store by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. Reporting to store management, the role drives sales and supports store operations including visual merchandising and training. The position focuses on achieving KPIs through proactive clienteling and product knowledge. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide a high-standard client experience in line with brand guidelines. Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach and active client management. Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs such as ADT, UPT, and repurchase rate. Support store operations including inventory preparation, customer follow-ups, repairs, and holds. Assist with visual merchandising standards and contribute as a team player. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client service experience accepted. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional presentation. Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team-oriented. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); technologically savvy.
