Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Seeking:

• Current Arizona SLP license (non-negotiable)
• CCC-SLP certification
• Pediatric and school-based SLP experience (preferred)
• Ability to confidently manage a varied caseload of mild to moderate needs
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Passion for making a difference in rural or underserved environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy to students ages 5–15
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers and families to support student communication goals
• Document progress, complete assessments, and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
• Serve as a valued resource within a small, vibrant school district
