Procurement Assistant, Supply Chain Work Mode: Onsite Location: Onsite, four days per week - Portland, OR Join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team as our Procurement Assistant and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From purchase orders to product launches, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across manufacturing, merchandising, and operations, gaining hands‑on experience in how products and materials move through the business. Specific Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor purchase orders from entry through delivery, ensuring our products and materials flow seamlessly across the business Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear, organized purchasing records Support demand planning and warehouse operations with data entry, receipt tracking, and documentation Coordinate purchasing requests across teams, including manufacturing, merchandising, and project support Assist with supply ordering for production needs and product launches Flag discrepancies and partner with Planning and Finance to resolve issues Why You'll Love this Role Build hands‑on experience across the full supply chain lifecycle Gain exposure to multiple functions and how the business operates end‑to‑end Be part of a collaborative, detail‑driven team Grow your career in procurement, planning, or operations Skills/Requirements Required 1+ years of experience in purchasing, operations, logistics, accounting, customer service, or a related field.
