Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of management experience in high‑volume, multi‑site distribution centers, including recruiting and motivating hundreds of employees. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
