Job Description
As a Construction Fields Technician, you will drive to various construction sites to install modular buildings in all weather conditions. You will engage in tasks such as bending, crawling, cutting, nailing, and shimming. Responsibilities include setting up and taking down modular buildings, furniture, or fences, and traveling to locations from Winston Salem to the east coast or Virginia/SC borders. You must be willing to stay overnight at job sites when necessary.
Responsibilities

• Drive to and work at various construction sites.
• Install and dismantle modular buildings, furniture, and fences.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, cutting, nailing, and shimming.
• Travel to locations from Winston Salem to the east coast or Virginia/SC borders.
• Stay overnight at job sites as required.
• Report on-site at 6 am and conduct pre-cleanup checks.
• Work 8-10 hours of overtime alongside a team of 4 other setup technicians.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
