Accounting Manager

Bilingual Accounting Manager A growing Orlando-based organization is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English)to lead core accounting operations and support continued organizational growth and process improvement initiatives. This role will oversee receivables, fixed assets, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations while helping support a transition to NetSuite. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, systems‑savvy, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume receivables operations handling approximately 2,000 invoices weekly Oversee fixed assets and core accounting functions including AP and AR Improve financial reporting accuracy, including P&Ls and balance sheets Support NetSuite implementation and system optimization efforts Lead and mentor an accounting team Help strengthen accounting processes and operational structure Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English required NetSuite experience required QuickBooks Online experience preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Experience managing accounting operations and staff CPA preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
