Senior Living Community Therapy Lead

Reliant Rehabilitation

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Community Therapy Lead to manage the rehabilitation department within an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. This role involves ensuring that therapy services meet fiscal and regulatory requirements while enhancing resident care and team dynamics. The successful candidate will supervise a team of therapists, ensure compliance with documentation and care standards, and be a key point of communication within the community and with external partners.
