Maintenance Director – Concord Care Center of Toledo

Lead facility operations and create a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Concord Care Center in  Toledo, Ohio , is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance department. This full-time leadership role is key to ensuring our building and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance, repair, and safety operations for the facility.

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety regulations.

• Manage preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment.

• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors as needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, skilled nursing, or similar setting (Preferred).

• Strong knowledge of building systems, life safety codes, and regulatory standards.

• Ability to perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).

• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

• Technical or vocational training preferred.
