Field Marketing Specialist I
Location: Remote (United States)
Shift/Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, remote
Pay/Compensation: $37.01 to $39.01 per hour

About the Role

A fast-growing data and AI software company is adding a Field Marketing Specialist to support regional events and campaigns. You will help plan, launch and measure programs that bring customers and prospects together. This is a remote contract role with steady work and exposure to a high-growth marketing team.

Assignment Details

• Contract assignment, 6 months with possible extension
• Work setting: remote
• Openings: 1
• Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for regional events, roadshows and customer meetups
• Build event timelines, budgets and vendor schedules
• Partner with sales teams to invite and follow up with attendees
• Track registrations, attendance and pipeline results in marketing systems
• Prepare post-event reports with clear metrics and takeaways
• Manage swag, signage and shipping for in-person programs
• Keep campaign calendars and project trackers current

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of field, event or B2B marketing experience
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, a marketing automation tool, or similar
• Clear written and verbal communication with sales and vendors
• Reliable home office setup and internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing software or technology products
• Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot or Eloqua
• Occasional travel availability for key events
• Prior contract or agency experience with fast turnarounds
• Comfort presenting results to sales and marketing leaders
• Basic skills with Canva, Google Slides or similar tools
