Dispatch Logistics Coordinator

Schedule: 3.5 days per week | 12-hour shifts Join a Growing Distribution Team A well-established distribution operation in Southern Chester County is seeking a reliable Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation and delivery operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and problem-solving are key. Responsibilities Dispatch company drivers and third-party carriers Monitor delivery routes and provide status updates Assist drivers with delays, route changes, and delivery issues Coordinate with warehouse and shipping personnel to keep loads moving on schedule Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal teams throughout the shift Qualifications Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or coordinating experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; Paid time off; 401(k) with company match Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a current resume.
