Clinical Training Program Field Specialist - Texas

Role Overview Women’s Health Clinical Training Program Field Specialists (CTPFS) execute and manage event types as designed within the Clinical Training Programs (CTPs). The role is guided by all activities and policies outlined in the Reference Manual for CTPs and requires collaboration with women’s health professionals, academic centers, organizations, and business partners to achieve the program’s goals. Location Candidates must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio/Austin, or Houston areas. Responsibilities Execute the CTP designed to ensure health care professionals receive instructions and training on the procedures involved in using our birth‑control implant product. Instruct professionals on review of the prescribing label and hands‑on simulation of insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion of the implant. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including disclosure that the program was developed by Organon and that trainers are engaged by Organon. Organize the end‑to‑end process needed to set up, execute, and complete a CTP event. Collaborate and partner with the CTP team, training request points of contact, and the Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Manager, and other commercial team members. Coordinate with third‑party vendors. Required Education, Experience & Skills BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Education, Experience & Skills At least one year of professional experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field. High level of customer service, experience supporting a field sales team or healthcare providers, event planning, or training coordination. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of compliance‑related concepts, including laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing and sales activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Travel Approximately 25–30% travel required. Benefits Annualized salary range (US): $52,000 – $88,400.
