We've built the most comprehensive machinery support team in the western U.S., and there's nothing more valuable in our company than the associates who carry our reputation forward.A Posting Clerk records, updates, and verifies financial transactions, invoices, and data entries in an organization's accounting or database systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry: Enter and update financial transactions, payments, receipts, and invoices into accounting software or ledgers.Verification & Reconciliation: Check the accuracy of data inputs, compare statements, and resolve billing or account discrepancies.Record Management: File, organize, and maintain physical and digital paperwork related to financial records and transactions.
