Warehouse Associate Location: Moorpark, CA

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, data entry, and inventory organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable using warehouse equipment and can maintain accuracy when handling orders, paperwork, and serial numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving

Unload incoming FedEx and UPS shipments.
Verify shipments against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damaged items.
Organize and palletize boxes by PO number .
Complete receiving paperwork and computer data entry.
Run receiving reports and route packages appropriately.

Picking & Packing

Pick the correct quantity and type of products from designated storage locations.
Prepare products for inspection, shipment, or assembly.
Pack small parcels using bubble wrap, void fill, and other appropriate materials.
Prepare required shipping paperwork and labels.
Follow proper procedures for hazardous materials when applicable.

Shipping

Scan packages using barcode scanners and follow shipping system instructions.
Inspect, package, and label freight for shipment.
Prepare shipping documentation.
Assist truck drivers with locating shipments and ensure required paperwork is completed.

Warehouse Operations

Operate manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and sit-down forklifts .
Maintain an organized and safe work area.
Enter and verify serial numbers accurately.
Communicate professionally by email when needed.
Follow company procedures for safety, quality, and accurate order processing.

Requirements

Must have experience using a pallet jack or electric pallet jack.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills for data entry and email.
Strong attention to detail, especially with serial numbers and paperwork.
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Professional communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. with assistance when necessary.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift.
