RMA Supervisor

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking an RMA Supervisor to lead our care team in delivering exceptional support to residents in our senior living community. In this role, you will oversee RMAs, coordinate medication assistance, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold resident safety and dignity. You will train and schedule staff, support regulatory compliance, and partner with nurses and families to address residents’ changing needs.
