Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: MRI Technologist \n Discipline: Allied Health Professional \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n Basic Requirements – MRI Tech \n Experience: \n Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience \n Travel experience required \n Community hospital experience required \n Experience in adult acute care, ICU, and outpatient settings \n Licensure / Certifications: \n ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) certification required \n BLS certification required \n Skills: \n Ability to perform MRI scans of abdomen, male & female pelvis, brain, chest, and spine (cervical, lumbar, thoracic) \n Experience with musculoskeletal imaging including hip, knee, and shoulder \n Knowledge of MRI imaging techniques such as T1/T2 weighted imaging, MIP, MPR, and image post-processing \n Experience with contrast administration and starting peripheral IVs \n Equipment / Systems: \n Experience with GE or Philips MRI scanners \n Familiarity with PACS systems \n Epic charting experience required. \n Medlivo Job ID 3306962.
