Sales Analyst

A dynamic role focused on managing distribution and ensuring compliance across multiple systems and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage Distribution Addition of New items upon verification of set-up (Kompass & One-Off's) Assist MasterFiles with set-up of Auth List Removal of deleted items or conversion Clean-up of Auth List Request for Auth List Research Pre & Post IMF Submission & Communication Tracking Submissions/Communications (Internal/Customer) Work internally & externally to manage new item submissions while managing existing portfolio Communication to Field Teams upon Kompass timing & items being added to auth list (FTM items) Customer SBT (Customer Facing & Internal) Support Conversion of Barcel & HT SBT conversion Support Trade Point Contracts Administration for both Promotion and Everyday Pricing Supports Price Increases Administration Post Audits Review & Reconcile any outstanding post audits needed for AR Collect backup as needed Entry/Maintenance of produced items per bakery Adding all new items for Kompass to each producing Bakery Compliance for Customer on Food Safety Compliance and Social Compliance Certificates Updating legal documents as needed (signed off and sent to me by Legal - W-9, contracts etc.) Compliance for additional Customer accounts as well Other duties as assigned Key Qualifications Strong Individual Contributor with the ability to lead projects and collaborate with team to achieve objectives Works independently under limited supervision Ability to achieve specific objectives/outcomes and set/meet key initiatives Ability to effectively implement programs for area of responsibility Ability to collaborate and align cross-functionally within team and with customer(s) Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education Ideal candidate will possess: 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics DSD experience. 3+ years is a plus Experiencing working directly with a Customer Must have strong Project Management acumen Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required Proficient in customer tools and syndicated data such as Market 6, IRI and Stratum preferred Travel is minimal #J-18808-Ljbffr Bimbo Bakeries USA
