We're looking for a talented individual to join our team.

Our award-winning hangar, located at Dayton Wright Brothers Airport (MGY) next to our headquarters, is home to our Meridian, CJ4, and G650ER.

- You prefer a private aviation experience over the structure of corporate airlines.
- Your fellow pilots say you have outstanding situational awareness, decision‑making ability, common sense, and always think about the mission and how to accomplish it safely.
- You have a real passion for aviation and genuinely enjoy flying.
- You set the highest standard in everything you do.
- You are happy to fly 15 to 18 days a month with 1-2 overnights per month.
- You take great pride in your work and love providing passengers with outstanding customer service and operate flights with a focus on passenger safety.

- We’re a Part 91 operator – 90‑95% of our flights are out‑and‑back, same‑day trips.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Experience in single pilot operations.
- Flight time: minimum of 2,500 hours total time, 1,000 hours or more of jet time.
- Experience with multi‑engine instrument in busy airspace, landing and taking off from high traffic airports.
- A passion for flying and delivering exceptional, safe, and smooth flight experiences for all passengers.
