POSITION SUMMARY - LMSW Psych Therapist


POSITION DUTIES - Provide evidence - based individual and group therapy, conduct clinical assessments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on treatment planning, and support patient stabilization and recovery.


MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• AZ LMSW / LCSW / LAC / LPC
• Masters in Social Work or Counseling
• 2+ years minimum acute care hospital experience in specialty
• Level One and group facilitation experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 8 weeks


SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8A-4:30P (includes weekends)


SYSTEMS - Cerner


START DATE - ASAP
