Seasonal Sales Associate We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate at Vans to bring energy, authenticity, and a customer‑first mindset to each interaction. What You Will Do Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. *This position will support the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment*. Responsibilities and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued. 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light‑to‑moderate weight. Compensation and Benefits Hiring Range: $17.30 – $22.08 USD per hour. This is a part‑time or limited‑time position and is not eligible for all VF benefit plans. Some benefits may be available for this role.
