Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Whether you’re an experienced OT who loves the skilled nursing environment or a new graduate ready to begin your career , we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for an OT who brings great energy, strong clinical judgment, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
What You’ll DoAs a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in a SNF/LTC setting
- Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and functional skills
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in care planning and help residents work toward meaningful functional goals
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or eligible Ohio OT license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, patient-centered approach to care
- SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but new graduates are absolutely welcome to apply!
- Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
