Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Job Overview We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Middlebury, VT location on third shift (11:30 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) Tuesday–Saturday. Pay starts at $25.66–$30.71 per hour, with a 10% night differential and potential increases every 6 months over two years based on performance and skill level. Multiple maintenance levels exist, offering growth opportunities. Responsibilities The selected individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and performing preventative maintenance to minimize production disruptions. Qualifications Excellent troubleshooting ability with timely and accurate repairs. Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motor servicing, gearboxes, and general equipment maintenance. Strong safety record and awareness. Ambition to learn and mentor others, working independently and as a team member. Industrial experience is a plus.
