Shift - Mon-Fri 5:30am-4pm (Must be available to work weekends and overtime as required.)

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Duties include:

• Operate and troubleshoot major production equipment across multiple lines or manufacturing cells.

• Perform complete machine and equipment changeovers to support production schedules.

• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) activities, including lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, and minor repairs.

• Identify equipment issues and communicate abnormal conditions requiring advanced maintenance support.

• Maintain production output and quality standards while minimizing scrap and downtime.

• Organize, schedule, and complete routine preventive maintenance tasks.

• Replace worn or damaged machine components and perform general equipment repairs.

• Assist with equipment rebuilds and modifications to improve performance and reliability.

• Safely and effectively utilize shop tools and maintenance equipment.

• Train team members on changeover procedures and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.

• Fabricate and machine parts using engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Independently diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair or rebuild solutions.

• Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in a skilled trade is preferred.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in machine setup, operation, processing, or maintenance.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

• Successful completion of New Employee Orientation, Quality Systems training, and any department-specific training requirements.

• Preferred: Associate degree or two-year technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, or 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Must supply and maintain a rolling toolbox with appropriate hand tools.

• Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance record, and commitment to workplace safety.

• Flexibility to work overtime and mandatory weekend shifts as business needs require.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
