Subspecialty: Emphasis on glaucoma, dry eye and post-operative management
Practice Location: El Paso, TX
Population: ~1,000,000
Physician/ Population Ratio:
MD Or Corporate Owned: MD owner
Reason for Job Opening: Expanding practice and retiring associate
If Physician is retiring, how much longer will Physician Work: 6 months
Experience Requirement: Preferred 1 year
Partnership Opportunity: No
Target Compensation : $145- $200K depending on experience.
Bonus Opportunity: Yes, 30% after collecting 3x salary
Retirement Program: Profit sharing model

Relocation: $5000
Vacation/PTO: 3 weeks

Practice Management: NexTech
Current patient volume: 25-30 patients per half day
Hospital Call: None
MDs on Staff: 2
ODs on Staff: 1
Partners: 1
OD Network: Strong
OD – patient per day expectation: 50-60
Office 532 Laser: All lasers are at our ASC
Hospital Affiliation: None
ASC: Summit Surgical Center, PLLC (attached to our primary office)
