Embark on a career that fulfills more than just professional goals—it transforms lives every day.Standard ResponsibilitiesProcesses payroll on a biweekly basis including the following: Review timecards for accuracy and completes the close out of all timecardsAnswers questions on timecard entry from employees and supervisorsSubmits payroll for review prior to final submission to ControllerReconciles monthly benefit statements and works with HR staff to resolve discrepanciesChecks timecards at least twice weekly to ensure accuracy and communicate errors with employees and timecard supervisorsOrientation and training presentation to new hires and time card supervisorsDemonstrates knowledge of and compliance with regulatory agencies and established organizational policies and procedures, including strict adherence to all Evara Health, HIPAA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations.Education and ExperienceHigh School DiplomaProficiency in the use of Payroll Software and Microsoft Office Suite.Two-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred.Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday Payroll System, preferred.Strong ability to compile and organize data to create clear, concise reports.These essential job functions are not to be construed as a complete statement of all duties assigned.
