Marketing Assistant

Kinetic Marketing is expanding its Cincinnati team and looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing client campaigns. This is a hands-on marketing role where you’ll gain practical experience in customer engagement, campaign delivery and client representation . You’ll work directly with customers at retail and event locations, helping bring campaigns to life through face-to-face interactions. What You’ll Do Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations Engage with customers and communicate key campaign messages Build interest, answer questions and identify potential customers Support customer acquisition and campaign goals Help deliver campaigns effectively across different locations Work toward individual and team performance targets Provide feedback on customer interactions and campaign activity What We Offer Weekly base with additional earning potential based on performance Full training across marketing, campaigns and customer engagement Ongoing coaching and feedback Hands-on experience working directly on client campaigns Development in communication, sales and client representation Opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you progress What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with new people face-to-face Professional, reliable and motivated approach Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback Comfortable working toward goals and measurable results Full-time availability for an in-person role in Cincinnati Experience in marketing, sales, retail, events or another customer-facing environment is useful, but we’re also open to candidates looking to build their experience and develop within the role.
