About the Position

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for day shifts (4x10s, 06:45 – 17:15) with liver transplant call coverage. Will assist in other transplant surgeries when not assigned liver cases. Candidates must be proficient in organ implantation, not just procurement.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of direct liver/transplant OR RN experience

• Proficient in Misonix/CUSA

• Experience with liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplants

• Must have ACLS & BLS (at submission); NIHSS required before start

• On-call: 1 shift/week + two 12-hr weekend shifts/month

• Must be nicotine-free (testing required)

• Will float within scope

• Pending license accepted

• All RTO must be submitted upfront

• Scrubs: Ceil Blue

• Charting: EPIC

• Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care, Teaching

• Start Date: 3–4 weeks out (next orientation)
