Scheduler

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Scheduler is responsible for daily billing prep, confirming readiness and scheduling installation/service. The position will also provide support to the operations in areas such as assisting customers and sales personnel in all aspects of the Installation/Service Process, including product information, availability, scheduling, and/or returns. The position will assist the logistics team with daily scheduling tasks. Essential Functions Work and maintain all incoming install, deliveries, shipments, pre-walks and follow up request via inbox/email. Call builders/customers to verify job readiness. Schedule orders by requested ship date and maintain organized filing. Build install purchase orders. Install invoice processing and communication. Respond to telephone inquiries and assist in solving questions from internal and external customers Answer incoming calls and emails timely & professionally Perform other duties as requested by Operations and Logistics manager Competencies/Skills/Abilities Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when calling customer Maintain a cordial tone and positive attitude at all times Must be detail oriented and extremely organized Must accurately take orders and fill out reports Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Proven ability to implement process improvements High School Diploma or GED required Ability to be detail oriented, multi-task, work within specified timeframes and in a fast paced environment.
