Join our team as a Purchasing Agent and play a key role in ensuring we have the right materials, at the right time, and at the best value. What You’ll Do Source and secure materials, products, and supplies critical to our operations Negotiate pricing and contracts to drive cost savings and strong supplier partnerships Monitor inventory and collaborate with production to keep things running efficiently Coordinate logistics, including trucking and imports, to ensure timely deliveries Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Resolve supplier issues, manage quality concerns, and ensure invoice accuracy What You Bring Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and supplier management Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools Experience in food manufacturing or distribution is a plus Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3–5 years of relevant purchasing or supply chain experience Background in logistics or import processes is a plus Physical Requirements Comfortable working both at a desk and in warehouse/plant environments Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to perform repetitive tasks and move throughout facilities as required Why Join Us?
