Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Help customers get the answers they need, in English and Spanish. We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a growing U.S.-based energy supplier. You’ll be one of the first people customers speak with. Your role is to listen, understand their needs, and provide clear solutions while making every interaction professional and positive. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and communicating with confidence, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish . Listen to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information. Resolve questions and issues with patience and professionalism. Make every customer feel heard, respected, and supported. Communicate with internal teams to help resolve customer needs. Keep customer interactions accurate and well documented. Participate in weekly 360° feedback sessions to strengthen your skills and performance. What You’ll Bring Fluency in English and Spanish , both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role . Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A customer-first attitude with patience and empathy. Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting. Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace. Your own computer and equipment for remote work. Flexibility to work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule aligned with U.S. time zones .
