Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic setting. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree as applicable to the profession. Active Illinois state license in the appropriate discipline required to start. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience managing clinical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Experience developing clinical programs, implementing therapy strategies, and coordinating patient care across disciplines. Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and regulatory/compliance standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
