Job Description

As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating a mixed-age group of 10-15 children. Your focus will be on providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment, ensuring their well-being through active supervision both indoors and outdoors. Collaborating closely with lead staff and communicating with parents will be essential to foster a positive daycare experience for children and families alike.

Responsibilities

Supervise children to ensure safety and engagement
Coordinate daily educational and recreational activities
Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and needs
Monitor safety protocols during indoor and outdoor play
Prepare and manage snack times for children
Provide daily outdoor supervision for fresh air and play
Report to Lead Teacher and Daycare Director regarding classroom updates

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in early childhood education
CPR and First Aid Certification
