AI Principal Product Manager

We are looking for an AI Principal Product Manager to lead the AI product portfolio, develop the product vision, drive the roadmap, and ensure successful launch and adoption. Key Responsibilities Manage the implementation and integration portfolio of AI initiatives. Own gathering, understanding, and documenting critical AI initiatives; lead frequent presentations to business stakeholders. Manage cross‑team dependencies, including technology, procurement, legal, security, risk management, and others. Lead teams to reach delivery targets and champion continuous improvement. Operate product planning: understand asset management domain, organize research with customers, drive long‑term vision, set user experience direction, determine release goals, prioritize features, identify release/blocking issues and provide a path to resolution. Prepare Go‑to‑Market plans with Product Marketing; support execution. Leverage analysis to research problems, lead cross‑disciplinary teams, communicate recommendations, and continuously make operational improvements. Articulate strategic importance of vision to stakeholders, build team culture, and build a network of talent. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Program Manager. MBA preferred. Demonstrated understanding of financial analysis including cash flow analysis, valuation, and fundamental research. Cross‑organizational influence to advance and complete large, complex initiatives. Track record of stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration. Ability to drive innovation, standardization, and simplification in complex environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and people development skills. Base salary range: Southern California $208,245–$354,017; San Francisco $229,624–$390,361. *Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
