This role is focused on enhancing the educational experience for students with disabilities, with a targeted objective to improve the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD). Your expertise will play a crucial part in fostering more inclusive and supportive school settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active certification as a BCBA or RBT
• Experience working within school environments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with LRE principles and supporting SWD in educational settings
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on positive behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure interventions align with IEP goals and LRE mandates
• Collect and analyze behavior data to inform adjustments to plans as needed
• Train and guide school staff on best practices in behavioral support and inclusion
• Support district-wide efforts toward developing inclusive environments
