Position Requirements

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial HVAC markets
• Evaluate client needs and design customized HVAC solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams for accurate and feasible solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and system assessments
• Deliver professional presentations to decision-makers
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to close profitable deals
• Track sales activity and maintain pipeline reports
• Stay current on HVAC technologies, industry trends, and local codes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical principles
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with AutoCAD or estimating software is a plus
