Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

NEW FACILITY TO OPEN 9/1/2026. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Salary ranges $40-$45/hour. We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture.

Essential Duties:

Residents assessments
Care Plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Coordination with IDT to optimize health outcomes
Supervision of CNAs
Compliance with IDPH/CMS

Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
