Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work arrangement, enabling you to provide services remotely while maintaining a regular work schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments specific to the elderly population, identifying individual care needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions that address emotional struggles associated with aging, including grief, anxiety, and depression.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, social workers, and nursing staff—to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies that enhance the emotional and physical health of geriatric residents.

• Educate families and caregivers on mental health issues pertaining to elderly clients, empowering them with strategies to support their loved ones effectively.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including older adults from various cultural backgrounds, necessitating a strong understanding of cultural awareness and sensitivity in your approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
