What You'll Do:

Be the dentist's right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence. Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro. Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise. Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized. Protect patient confidentiality. Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss. Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable). Radiography certification (if applicable). 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience. Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training. A positive, energetic, "let's get it done" attitude.

Extra Skills We Love:

Open Dental experience. Experience with Nomad and digital scanning. Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring. Killer multitasking and organizational skills. The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A collaborative spirit — you love being part of a supportive team.
