# Premium Benefits Package
Compensation includes a monthly team bonus program, fully paid CE at regular hourly pay, 401(k) with 3% match, up to 112 hours PTO, health/vision/dental coverage, paid license renewal, uniform allowance with in-house laundry, and team events throughout the year.
