Production Specialist

Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time General Laborer in St. Louis!
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $22.26/HR | Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for a fast-paced bulk production facility. This role is highly physical and requires candidates who are comfortable with consistent manual labor and a rotating shift schedule after the initial training period.
Important:
This facility operates 24/7. All employees will rotate shifts based on operational needs after training. Candidates must be open to a flexible schedule to be considered for full-time hire.
Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy labor including shoveling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and dumping up to 50 lbs consistently for 8-12 hours
  
• Weigh, bag, pack, unpack, label, and store products
  
• Maintain cleanliness of facility (sweeping, compressed air cleaning, sanitizing)
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership on production flow, safety, and quality
  
• Monitor equipment operation and report any issues
  
• Support a team-oriented, safety-focused work environment
  
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  

• Ability to perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout shift
  
• Willingness to work rotating shifts after training period
  
• Strong attendance and reliability
  
• Ability to communicate and work well with a team
  
• Previous manufacturing or labor experience preferred but not required
  

• Temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance and attendance
