You’ll be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and grow into a strong leader.* Lead shifts with a focus on teamwork, respect, and great service* Empower crew members by building confidence and recognizing their strengths* Create a positive, family-like atmosphere where everyone feels they belong* Take ownership of daily operations and drive results* Ensure high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)* Keep both team members and guests safe by following procedures* Assist with inventory and keep the restaurant well-stocked* Train, coach, and develop team members for future leadership roles* Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care* Communicate openly and lead by example**What We’re Looking For*** 18 years or older* Previous leadership experience is a plus (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)* Strong communication and people skills* A team-first mindset and positive attitude* Someone who leads with integrity and encourages others* A desire to grow, develop, and take the next step in leadership**Pay & Growth Opportunities*** Training wage: **$15/hour*** **$20/hour within 30 days** after completing crew training and verification* **$25/hour within 3 months** after completion of Shift Leader program and verification* **+ $3.20/hour** shift differential for overnight hours (11 PM – 4 AM)* Daily pay available through TapcheckWe don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
