Work Environment

This full-time role involves working onsite at our hospital facility, providing an interactive and hands-on setting for both patients and staff. As part of our physical therapy/functional restoration program, your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While consistency is key, occasional flexibility may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our patients and ensure the efficiency of clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist registered Physical Therapists in executing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Conduct routine treatment procedures, ensuring adherence to the established care plan, while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment, noting any significant changes in conditions, reactions, or progress.
• Communicate pertinent findings and observations to the supervising Physical Therapist, collaborating to modify treatment approaches as needed.
• Help maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult patients dealing with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• An accredited degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.

Compensation and Benefits

At Consonus Physical Therapy, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
