ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate (Product Specialist), you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers a flexible schedule and room to grow.

COMPENSATION

Starting Rate: $15.50 Hourly Pay Range: $15.50–$16.44

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Customer Service: Engage customers and provide personalized product advice. Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to store and individual sales targets. Store Operations: Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. May involve lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most of the shift. Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments and ensure a great final impression. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers products and share details to enhance the customer experience. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing cashier responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand with energy and urgency.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.
