Salesforce Marketing Cloud ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. This is a hybrid opportunity based in the Dallas/Plano, Texas area, requiring onsite presence 2-4 days per week. Candidates must be local, as travel expenses are not provided. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that enhance customer engagement across multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automations, developing omni-channel customer journeys, supporting integrations, gathering requirements, and leading troubleshooting and quality assurance efforts.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutionsBuild and optimize automations and customer journeys across Email, SMS, and Mobile Push channelsGather business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical solutionsSupport Salesforce integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platformsLead troubleshooting, testing, and QA activities for campaigns, automations, and journeysCollaborate within Agile teams and actively participate in Jira-based project management processesCreate and maintain technical documentation and solution designsRequired Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experienceStrong experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and omni-channel marketing campaignsProven ability to gather requirements and work closely with business stakeholdersExperience leading troubleshooting and QA activitiesStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and JiraProficiency with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, and PostmanAt least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certificationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities across teams and projects
