Sourcing Specialist

Contract: April 13, 2026 – June 30, 2026- With possible Extension Key Responsibilities Negotiate and manage procurement of capital equipment and services Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities Source and negotiate with suppliers (domestic & international) Review and optimize GPO contracts Prepare RFPs, bid summaries, and vendor performance analyses Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Biomed, and Finance Track and report savings initiatives across departments Support construction/expansion projects with equipment sourcing Manage supplier relationships and stay updated on market offerings Ensure contracts are executed and maintained properly Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred) Minimum 5 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) (or obtained within 12 months) Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Additional Requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and negotiation skills Willingness to travel within the HMH network as needed About Pride Health- Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
