Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld. Assist in deep cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed. Requirements Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, especially in commercial settings. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
