About Us Synergy Design & Construction is a high-end residential design-build remodeling company serving Northern Virginia and the greater DC area. The Role We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper to support our Lead Carpenters on active job sites - this is a full-time position with room to grow for the right person.

What You'll Do

Support Lead Carpenters on high-end residential remodeling projects
Assist with demolition, cleanup, and site organization
Learn to run base, trim, and other finish carpentry tasks
Run materials to job sites including Home Depot and supplier pickups
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized at all times
Take direction well and communicate clearly with the team

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle — required
Some construction or trades experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
