Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care across various settings. This position demands an individual who is committed to excellence in nursing practice and demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, ensuring safety and comfort.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
Participate in care planning and implementation of interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records according to facility policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nursing license.
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
